A: Yes. AdBuddy complements whatever you use for KPI tracking by adding the missing market context and an action engine:

FAQ3: Where do your benchmarks come from?
A: Our benchmarks are built from voluntary and anonymized contributions from verified advertisers, vetted industry datasets, and public ad information. Before entering our database, all records are anonymized, cleansed, deduped, and validated for comparability. We never expose individual accounts, creatives, or personally identifiable information.
FAQ4: How accurate are the benchmarks? What is the update cadence?
A: We enforce minimum sample thresholds per segment and monitor drift. Benchmarks refresh weekly or monthly depending on volume. Segments that fail quality checks are flagged or temporarily hidden until stable.
FAQ5: What counts as a “report”? How do monthly quotas work?
A: A report is at the ad level and includes one benchmark, diagnosis, and action suggestions for a chosen segment over a selected time window. Editing parameters and regenerating counts as a new report. Benchmarks keep updating, so results can differ across days. Unused monthly quota does not roll over.
FAQ6: About the Anonymous Data Contribution Program
A: With your permission, we collect and use only anonymized and aggregated data. We never collect or store identifiable account information. Over the years, agencies in our network have contributed more than 6.3M data points from 116K+ advertisers, all fully anonymized and aggregated.
Joining requires no extra work from you and helps improve benchmark accuracy and diagnostic quality. As a thank you, you receive a 10% discount on your subscription.
FAQ7: What do you do with my reports?
A: Reports you generate are stored for 30 days for convenience. They are never sold, shared with third parties, or used for monetization. You remain in full control and may delete reports permanently at any time from your dashboard.
FAQ8: Do you offer an API or data export?
A: PDF exports with charts are standard. API access is not supported at this time.
FAQ9: Any product limitations I should know?
A: Current coverage is Meta Ads only. Google and TikTok support is on the roadmap. Very narrow segments may be hidden until sample thresholds are met.
FAQ10: What is your refund policy?
A: Our refund policy is fair and transparent with anti-abuse protections:
Refund Eligibility:
- Monthly plans: Full refund within 14 days if you have used ≤1 report quota.
- Annual plans: Prorated refund based on unused months (calculated from subscription start date).
- Frequency limit: Maximum 1 refund every 7 days to prevent abuse.
How to Request Refunds:
- My Account page: If you’re eligible, a “Refund” button will appear on your subscription page for direct cancellation and refund.
- During upgrades: If eligible, we’ll auto-refund your current subscription so you can apply the amount to your new plan.
Note: The 7-day frequency limit applies to both scenarios to ensure fair usage. All refunds are processed through our secure payment system and typically take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
FAQ11: What support or SLA do I get?
A: Email support for Free. Priority support and office hours for Essential and Professional. SLA and dedicated success for Enterprise.
FAQ12: What is on the roadmap (Google and TikTok)?
A: We are extending benchmarks and diagnostics to Google and TikTok to unify cross channel actions in one system. Join the waitlist via support@adbuddy.ai.
FAQ13: Facebook User Data Deletion
A: We support Facebook user data deletion upon request. You can submit a deletion request via email, and you can also remove the app from your Facebook account at any time.
How to request deletion (email):
- Send an email to support@adbuddy.ai with the subject line: Facebook Data Deletion Request.
- From the email address linked to your Facebook account, include:
- Your full name (as shown on Facebook)
- Your Facebook App-scoped User ID (if available)
- Any relevant app/account identifiers (e.g., workspace or subscription email)
- We will verify ownership and begin deletion. You’ll receive a confirmation email when completed.
Self-serve removal from Facebook:
- Open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
- Select our app and choose Remove. This revokes future access and removes the app from your Facebook account.
What we delete:
- Facebook-scoped user tokens, permissions, and identifiers associated with your use of our app
- Linked profile data we store for authentication and authorization
- Any Facebook-derived data we specifically stored for your account (if applicable)
What we retain (if required): Aggregated, anonymized analytics that cannot identify you, and records needed to meet legal, security, or billing obligations. These do not contain personal identifiers.
Processing time: We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a final confirmation email once the process is finished.
